So, Hanukkah is one of my favorite holidays. No, I am not Jewish, but I kind of wish I was? Also, now that I go to a Christian school, I am really sad that we no longer sing Hanukkah songs in choir. Today at Target there were probably only 2 1/2 super lame, picked over, shelves devoted to Hanukkah. I loudly exclaimed, "This is all the Hanukkah stuff??!!" and some guy nearby responded "yes that's it" looking equally as disappointed as myself. actually this one might have quickly surpassed and become my favorite. and the fact that i was there to witness the wonderful happening with my bird in tow makes this blog even more magnificent and i love you.
ReplyDeletei just want to say that i wish coir sang hanukah songs so i could rap them to erin while we are sitting in the balcony waiting for the concert to start. i feel like hanukah comes across better in rap songs then christmas songs.
